When should I book my cake?

To avoid disappointment, we suggest providing 6-12 weeks' notice for wedding cakes and 3-6 weeks for corporate, birthday and other occasion cakes. During off-peak season (May-August) 2-3 weeks is adequate notice, and in exceptional cases, cakes may be turned around within the week.

 

How do I order a cake?

Simply fill out the quote forms with as much information as possible and I'll be in contact with you as soon as possible.

Do you offer cake consultations?

Yes, we offer cake consultations (which includes a small sample of our cakes) to all potential wedding cake customers for $35. This fee is then credited to the final cost of the cake* if deposit is paid within 2 months of appointment. *Min order cost $100 after discount

How much am I expecting to pay for one of your cakes?  

Because our cakes are completely custom made, and priced individually by the complexity of their design, we do not have a standard price list. Please feel free to refer to our price guide for starting costs or contact us through the quotes page to get a more accurate guide. If you have a budget you would like to stay under please let me know so I can make suggestions on how to make the cake fit into your budget if need be. 

 

Do you deliver?

Yes, we offer delivery  to all locations for an additional fee. Pick up from our Manor Lakes location is also available for all orders except wedding cakes.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes, we can alter most of our cake flavours to cater to your dietary needs, including wheat, dairy, egg and nut free, as well as vegan, options. Whilst we do our best to ensure no cross contamination, we recommend going to a specialist cake shop if you have a severe allergy as the Sweet For You Cakes kitchen does handle these allergens.
